Obtain and Install Cisco AnyConnect is a simple operation if you adhere to the instructions below.

Requirements
Before the user start, check the below items:
- platform requirements: Windows 7+, macOS, or Linux.
- Administrator rights on the machine.
- network connection for the transfer.

Download procedure
1. Open a browser such as Chromium, FF, or Microsoft Edge.
2. Go to the official Cisco webpage or your enterprise intranet.
3. Locate the AnyConnect Secure Mobility package for your platform.
4. Click the get button and save the file.

Verify the download
After the download process, confirm the file:
- Size should match the expected figure.
- If available, verify the digital signature.

Install on Windows
1. Right-click the installer and choose Run as administrator.
2. Follow the screen instructions:
- Accept the EULA.
- Choose the standard components.
3. Finish the install and reboot if prompted.

Install on macOS
1. Open the installation image and double-click the installer.
2. Follow the installer prompts, enter administrator password when asked.

Connect to a VPN
1. Launch the AnyConnect application.
2. Enter the VPN server hostname.
3. Provide your username and password and any MFA verification.
4. Click Establish connection and verify the connection status.

Troubleshooting
